Mizuno has unveiled an improved version of its RB566 Balanced Performance ball and a completely new high-speed ball, the RB MAX, to be available from 2024.

The RB MAX is an entirely new ball for Mizuno – combing a Tour ball's speed and launch characteristics with a more durable cover.  Created using a new DualCore – with a soft inner to enhance feel, with a firmer, resilient outer, allowing greater energy transfer.  The RB MAX also features Mizuno’s AXIALFLOW dimple to reduce drag – for enhanced distance and penetration through the wind.

Key features

• 336 AXIALFLOW dimples:  The same dimple design used on Mizuno’s tour use balls – low on drag for a fast, penetrating flight on full shots.
• Dual Construction Butadiene Rubber Core:  With its softer inner core and firmer outer, the RB Max is able to produce fast ball speeds, with a great feel from full shots.
• Ionomer Cover:  For a blend of greenside feel and all-year-round durability.
