We've found over the years that sometimes the Subaru ignition cois just fail. We've seen them physically melted in some instances. This is a factory replacement coil.

Terminology note: Technically speaking, this is a single ignition coil, and a "coil pack" would be a bundled set of two or more ignition coils, which is not how they are implemented on modern Subarus. That said, colloquially these individual ignition coils have come to be known as coil packs, and many of our customers search for them using that terminology. In any case, they are single ignition coils. If you need a full set of four, purchase four.

Fits all 2002-2005 Subaru WRX, and 2005 Saab 9-2X. We promise these will fit USDM cars, but they may not work on EJ20 motors from other parts of the world.
